It was discouraging being in a wreck that was not my fault and hoping my car would look like new again. The repair work was done beautifully and I’m glad to have my car back. The work done is exemplary; however it was not worth the frustration of attempting to communicate with this dealership. Phone calls were not returned until I reached out to the corporate office - which did get my calls returned, but communication remained untrustworthy. My car was worked on by at least two sub contractors which required multiple visits. We will not use this location again despite the quality of their work.
