Renee is great I would give her a 10. The other gal in office took an extremely long time to get quote completed.. I called multiple times to check on it and finally received it from Keith. Zero follow up while my car was in shop.

Late, poor communication, missing parts, cruddy workmanship, mismanaged shop, understaffed, vehicle now has other issues that were not issues before.
