I can't say how the repairs are since I have yet to get my truck back. Since it was rendered inoperable from the catalytic converter was stolen while in collision pro yard. I am waiting for status on when that replacement and install will happen. Until then I'm in the middle for the rating of service.

I was never contacted as to a loaner as I am without a vehicle until the part is found or as to how to go about getting a loaner without being charged by my insurance.

They were great and especially when it came to problems outside of their control such as shipping delays on parts

They are always very friendly. I do wish they would have kept me updated on the delay on parts and not requiring me to have to call them each time for a update. This went over a period of weeks rather than the anticipated days that was initially estimated. I do understand the parts delay was outside their control, but them giving updates to me would have been nice.
