Never called me...never sent me update on my car...no pics of my car...nothing like the reviews I read where they say u guys send them Daily up dates and pics on the repairs going on.. I didn't receive not even one Pic or call stating the repairs were finally getting started. .after it sat there for 2 to 3 weeks.

Hello! So I am severely angry right now. I finally was able to pick up my vehicle today, very excited, 5 months pregnant, and ready to make the two hour drive. I successfully picked up my vehicle, drove off, only to find my speedometer not working a few miles over. I went ahead and called Collison, they told me to bring it back on Monday. Not the easiest feat considering I have a great many things going on between pregnancy, work, and the holidays. Further driving made me recognize all my electrical is messed up.... speedometer not working, hill assist flashing every time I turn my vehicle on saying it no longer works, my abs and traction control are permanently on and the buttons don't work and to top it off, the damaged part of my vehicle that originally went in for the repair is screammmming metal against metal, put together entirely wrong. I am NOT happy and these are repairs that should have been fixed the entire month I didn't have my vehicle, plus new repairs that weren't even wrong when I brought it in. I look forward to hearing your response because this is unacceptable. I have photos and videos of everything and I expect a response very soon or I will be dealing with this legally. I cannot express how unacceptable and UNSAFE this is.
