Called to get an estimate for completion time in order to arrange for ride to facility and also had to return rental car to Redding and would need to arrange a ride back and would need to arrange for time off from work. Was told “it will be ready when it is done and you will be notified”. Had hoped it would be ready on Friday - no call or text. At 9pm that night saw an 11 am email that car was done and they would call if they hadn’t already called. Had cell in my hand all day - no call or text no call from their number on call log. Fourth of July weekend- not open until Tuesday. They said they called - then said they could not release car as insurance co did not give final ok. Called super at ins co Met Life sold to Farmers in’s - they said they had just received new bills for extra repairs that AM. Super at MetLife-Farmers said they would call and work it out so car could be released.

The car took 5 weeks longer then the estimate . I picked up the car and it had a flat tire ! I barely made it to the tire repair shop

1. The car took a extra 6 weeks to finish 2. It was given to the owner with a flat tire . They paid to have the flat tire fixed but it was a inconvenience 3. The car was sent with several repairs needed to still be made and it was returned to the shop. 4. Picked up the car AGAIN and it still wasn’t corrected. Had to take it to another shop to have repairs made out of my own pocket . Now I’m trying to get my money returned . This experience was awful .
