From the moment I had my vehicle towed in, Collision Pros called to tell me they knew it was on the way and that it arrived. They provided me updates all along the estimate, repair and completion process. The work completed by the shop was fantastic and made the 14 yr old vehicle look like it never had an accident. I really appreciate the fact you cleaned my car inside and out. I intended to do that before I brought it in, it was a real mess. I've been real busy and didnt get it done. Again, thankyou for the repairs and cleaning. It was like a new car again!

I would have rated it a 10 but, when I picked my truck up and started it to leave, I noticed that the transmission was in 4 wheel drive, which I found strange. Nevertheless, the other issue that I thought was more important was that the wrong type of clips to secure the rear tail were used and the light housing was sticking out because they were pulling out from the body by the time I got home. I tried a couple different things before going to Napa and purchasing the correct clips to secure the rear tail light.

The ladies are very sweet and kind. However, the operational processes are lacking. I was told they would order the parts and when they received them call me to schedule to bring the vehicle in. It would have been excellent if they had mentioned that when they get the parts it would be weeks after that before they could schedule the repairs. When I picked up the car I was handed the key by a lovely lady however I had to locate the car in the back yard and it was sandwiched in nearly impossible to extract.

This is my insurance company’s preferred provider.so I have been here twice. Cosmetically the paint looks good but I think the fit needs fixing. I sometimes feel like companies do not think people will speak up
