Their representative, piper, kept me very informed as the repairs started happening! Their shuttle driver, Rick, was a very nice young man and a very good driver! I was very pleased to find that my car was clean inside and out when I picked it up! My only complaint, is that it seems to take so long for them to finally get the parts and do the repair! But I understand with the pandemic things just are slower than normal!
