Truck returned waaaaay cleaner than left and repair looks just fine. Found one bumper bolt loose and barely hanging on but 30 seconds with a ratchet and socket and I don't think it'll ever go anywhere.

the paint matched very well but the blemishes are what I dislike and would like to be there next time before pick up to ensure it gets done right

A few paint blemishes like dust settled on paint or clear coat. They're very small but noticeable to me anyways. They said it'll come out looking like it came out of the factory but that was not the case

very friendly staff. Asked to have a small dent removed from RR wheel arch from damage that was done on a second vandalism report and was told I'd get a call to approve the repair. Never got a call never got repaired

Work itself was excellent. Very disappointed in lack of social distancing and masks inside the customer area during this time period. Otherwise everyone was efficient and service was good.
