Repairs looks great, my rear facing lights did not work when I got the truck back. Our shop fixed them. My tool box was loose as well. Our shop fixed both issues

The front bumper had a crack and was replaced. The grill behind was damaged. It was pushed back & bottom corner missing from collision. It didn't get fixed. They said they would have to order the part. Not sure what the point of doing an estimate was if they weren't going to order all the parts I needed to complete the work.

When I first called I was not told that my first visit would be for an estimate only. The part would have to be ordered (side mirror) and that would delay the repair. However, I left my car with Coll. Pros because it was not safe to drive without this mirror. So overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service. They went above and beyond, and my car looks great. Thank you, Collision Pros!

I asked that the repairs be explained to me when I went to pick up my car and I was ignored... being without my car for two weeks was stressful so i didnt fight them

My car lamp and driver side window were jarred by the impact of the accident and were not repaired. I pointed these out to the lady at the desk and she did leave a sticky note on my file. A cap on my tire popped off and was not replaced
