Although not thrilled that they dented my car and didn't fix it properly there aren't a lot of other choices in town and I did like the fact that the rental car company was in the same office.

The repairs they did do seem to be ok. They dropped glue on the new bumper and my dad ended up getting off with goo gone. The shop should have done that, it was very obvious and an easy fix

both front dent was still seen & the coating was horable both in front and back. The plastic coating was placed over the dirt left on the car during placement. Coating pealing off currently.

Unfortunately I cant say That I’m happy. They had our truck for three weeks. And with the damage They told me it was not an easy job. However when we received our truck back the paint job was bubbly, and there was a terrible grinding noise when driving. Not to mention the steering wheel was constantly moving while driving, we turned around and parked our truck, as it was unsafe to drive and will not be returning to collision pros. I will Also not be recommending. When we went to pick up our truck the manager was heard cussing in the back because he didn’t want to drive the truck with my husband. I’m also upset because I Had to call them multiple times for updates. I eveb Called the day that why picked it up, because no one called me to say it was ready. It’s been a stressful and unpleasant experience to say the least.
