I am very impressed how quick and pofessionally i was greeted and treated throughout the repairs on my vehicle, i was contacted several times notifying me of the statis and cost of the repairs. I was told the vehicle wouldnt be returned till it was perfect, and they did just that, i am totally happy with collision pros and would recomend them to evertone.

The hood was replaced and painted but shows strange swirl marks all over the passenger side. There are black finger prints all over the a pillars in the front and back pillars of the car. Black finger prints on the headliner. The hatch back shocks are not working to keep the lid raised when you open the trunk. Worked fine before that. Very dissatisfied with how the car looks. Only did a brief look before I picked it up and apparently should have looked at it very carefully. I believe all these problems need to be addressed and I should be given a courtesy car while my vehicle is back to you again.
