I will not be using Collision Pros ever again. I will be giving a bad review on Yelp and have already given a review on the Better Business bureau. There were many problems. They had my car for 51 days. They never called for updates even when they promised a time for for the vehicle to be done and it wasn't they wouldn't call me and tell me it was not or why it was not. I have a scratch on my glove box cover. I will be taking my car back for that. It was not a part of the damage from the accident. It was outside damage not inside damage. My car was covered with Bondo dust. My navigation screen was stuck on a calibration screen that I had to figure out how to get it out of that screen. There were broken parts still in my car. The estimator was polite but let me know he really didn't give a darn about my satisfaction.

Collision Pros provided horrible customer service. Nail the estimator, did not provide adequate information. He promised the estimate would be done in 3 days it took 2 weeks. Every time he would promise the car would be done, it was not. I was never notified that it was not going to be done or given a future date. I never received any response other than when I made the call to find out what was going on. The interior of my car had shop dust all over it and broken parts left on the seat. The navigation system was left on a calibration screen. I could not get it out of the screen and your shop was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. I had to go on YouTube and do this long process of getting my navigation system out of the calibration screen. Due to that a lot of my safety features were disabled. My Lane departure and things like that would not work. Overall I had a very bad experience. I will be giving a bad Yelp review. I've already put in a review with the Better Business bureau. I would not recommend you to any of my friends or family. I will never use this company ever again.
