I am very satisfied with Collision Pros!! Niel& Renee were very professional and efficient in making sure my agreement for service was ready for me to sign when I arrived Thursday morning!! I was running late for work and I still had to get my rental car so they were quick to get me all taken care of and over to Enterprise where my rental car was waiting for me as well!! Soley because the paint work was bad. Body work and customer service was great. I am a collision repair bodyman and painter myself.

The customer service from Neil and Monica was great! The quality of the paint job was subpar. Color matching is not right, dust nibbs that were not removed, orange peel is bad, over spray all over factory paint and door glass. Paint job seemed novice at best.

Took way to long. Communication was horrible. Paint had twice as much glitter in it than the rest of the vehicle.
