From the moment I went and had the estimate done he first noticed something that the first shop I had gotten done, He noticed something they had totally missed. I explained that it would be a couple of weeks before we could begin because I needed my truck to finish a few projects I had been working on. Call 2 weeks later and they set a time to drop it off and start the work. I was getting e mail notifications every couple of days updating me on the progress that was being made. We I stopped to pick it up, I walked around to visually inspect the work. Absolutely flawless. We I got back home I called my insurance company and told them about the professionalism, courtesy and quality of work that had been done. I have already told three close friends and will continue to use them instead of the shop we have used since the 90’s and will continue to spread the word. I would rate them an 11 out of 10 by the way most people do business today. All I can say is a big thumbs up and keep the same business model in the future as you do today. Totally impressed.
