Although the car looks great, we are upset about the time it took. When we dropped the car off, we were told it would take one week for the repairs. We got an email every day saying the car was on schedule . When we called the evening before we were scheduled to pick up the car, we were informed that they were still waiting for the parts necessary to repair the car. After that the pick up date kept being pushed out every few days until it was finally ready one day short of 3 weeks.

The shop owner promises to case my car front bumper but when I pick up he didn’t and i try to ask him but he protense like he don’t hear me also he said the car will be ready but when we there the car not ready we have to wait they wash the car not even clean not really happy with the service

Pasha was great once again. This is 2nd car taken to Collision Repair Specialist. Very courteous. Repairs done well. Hopefully no future accidents but if so will take into Collision Repair Specialists if needed.
