As always, Michaels did a great job overall, and I appreciate the service they have provided. That said, I was somewhat disappointed that the damaged rear bumper was not replaced. I understand that things can happen, but given that it was a significant item, I had expected it to be addressed. Our family has been doing business with Michaels for a very long time, which is why I value the level of service and attention to detail we have come to expect. Unfortunately, I felt that the attention to detail on this occasion was not at the level I experienced as recently as 18 months ago. That said, I am confident that my concerns will be addressed and that the remaining issues will be taken care of. I appreciate your attention to these matters and look forward to seeing them resolved.
