Main reason I say 8 is because I was given the impression my car would be ready sooner. I understand delays are out of the shop's hands but if the car were ready on time, I would give a higher rating.

The service was excellent ! Pasha, let me know what was going on at all times. When he needed a part, he called to let me know there was going to be a delay, and let me know when everything would be done. Also I liked the 7:30 start time, since I am constantly working.
