Communication has been difficult and inaccurate. I did not receive notice that my car was not ready on the 18th as previously stated. I was unable to get any information because my messages were not responded to. I was finally able to contact a different department and made arrangements to pick my car up on Monday, then received an email stating that my car has already been picked up. Perhaps have a human handle the communication?
