We are proud to be the largest and most technologically advanced repair facility in the Jackson, TN area serving Madison County and all surrounding counties. We are a direct repair shop for most of the larger insurance companies and work with all insurance companies. As an I-Car Gold Class shop our employees are continually educated and trained to repair the newest vehicles. Our proudest accomplishment is the number of our customers that are repeat business and referrals from our satisfied customers. The staff/personnel were very kind and helpful. I put a 9/10 because I had asked that the front power seat not be moved because it won’t move back, but someone there did move it. Now it leans far back and I had to order a part to fix it.

Would’ve appreciated a weekly update. My repair took a week longer than I was initially told, but I only found out through calling myself instead of being informed by personnel.
