Collision Specialists, Inc. is a family-owned auto repair business that was started 37 years ago. We are proud to be the largest and most technologically advanced repair facility in the Jackson, TN area serving Madison County and all surrounding counties. We are a direct repair shop for most of the larger insurance companies and work with all insurance companies. As an I-Car Gold Class shop our employees are continually educated and trained to repair the newest vehicles. Our proudest accomplishment is the number of our customers that are repeat business and referrals from our satisfied customers. The office staff members make everyone feel special and appreciated. Their humor and congeniality help make stressful situations less upsetting. The offices and waiting area are well-appointed and very impressive.

I've had repairs done at Collision Specialists at least twice before this time. Of the repair shop personnel, I've only dealt with Trey. He's friendly and helpful, returns calls promptly, and is always very professional.
