Collision Specialists, Inc. is a family-owned auto repair business that was started 37 years ago. We are proud to be the largest and most technologically advanced repair facility in the Jackson, TN area serving Madison County and all surrounding counties. We are a direct repair shop for most of the larger insurance companies and work with all insurance companies. As an I-Car Gold Class shop our employees are continually educated and trained to repair the newest vehicles. Our proudest accomplishment is the number of our customers that are repeat business and referrals from our satisfied customers. In the past they have had superior service so we would give them another chance but would feel compeled to say our last experience was not a happy experience and look in the back seat before they leave.

We have always been very satisfied with Collision Specialist until this time. First I do not think they looked the car over well because there was other damage they did not acknowledge in the initial assessment of the car. When I pointed it out they said it was too late to include it in the repair so now I have damage that should have been addressed but wasn't. Then after 15 days at the repair shop on picking up the car and dropping the rental car off I found a huge (filled up the back seat) unopened box of parts in the back seat clearly visible that had not been put onto the car and sensors started to come on saying they were not working because they needed to be cleaned. We took it back and they fixed the parts and sensors immediately but it should not have been released until all the work was done.
