We are proud to be the largest and most technologically advanced repair facility in the Jackson, TN area serving Madison County and all surrounding counties. We are a direct repair shop for most of the larger insurance companies and work with all insurance companies. As an I-Car Gold Class shop our employees are continually educated and trained to repair the newest vehicles. Our proudest accomplishment is the number of our customers that are repeat business and referrals from our satisfied customers. I was frustrated that while I was receiving emails telling me when my vehicle would be ready, when I would call on those days I would find out that my vehicle would not in fact be ready. I was disappointed that I had to pester collision specialists for information.
