We are proud to be the largest and most technologically advanced repair facility in the Jackson, TN area serving Madison County and all surrounding counties. We are a direct repair shop for most of the larger insurance companies and work with all insurance companies. As an I-Car Gold Class shop our employees are continually educated and trained to repair the newest vehicles. Our proudest accomplishment is the number of our customers that are repeat business and referrals from our satisfied customers. Normal amount of time to get parts with a German car. Thankful to Joe for catching the hidden damage that made the car un-drivable before we drive it. Car drove great after repairs. Always nice and helpful from all the staff as I’ve taken a few cars to them.

Couldn’t get a straight answer on when my car would be ready. Was always told it was being reassembled. Finally after three phone calls and one trip there. I was finally told they were waiting for one part to be delivered. If they would have just told me that in the first place, it would have been understandable. But they kept on saying it might be ready tomorrow.
