We are proud to be the largest and most technologically advanced repair facility in the Jackson, TN area serving Madison County and all surrounding counties. We are a direct repair shop for most of the larger insurance companies and work with all insurance companies. As an I-Car Gold Class shop our employees are continually educated and trained to repair the newest vehicles. Our proudest accomplishment is the number of our customers that are repeat business and referrals from our satisfied customers. They were very nice but communication could have been a bit better. They estimated 2 weeks in the beginning. I called at 2 weeks and was on hold for over 10 minutes for them to tell me that the parts had just come in. If they could call or even text with updates that would save calling and waiting on hold if the person is busy.

I had two different fenders repaired and I can't tell any difference in them and the other two which were not damaged.They do quality work and had it done on time!
