Collision Specialists, Inc. is a family-owned auto repair business that was started 37 years ago. We are proud to be the largest and most technologically advanced repair facility in the Jackson, TN area serving Madison County and all surrounding counties. We are a direct repair shop for most of the larger insurance companies and work with all insurance companies. As an I-Car Gold Class shop our employees are continually educated and trained to repair the newest vehicles. Door needed to be replaced. This was confirm by another shop. The door was bondo that you can see has been repaired, Over spray covered the driver window and some inside panels. I’ve attempted to clean without success. Appears driver side window was cleaned with harsh chemicals. The tint now has a purple shade to it. Only on the driver side.

Had an alignment issue with my new door. Trey was heat addressing the issue immediately. Had the door realigned, repolished and reminded me of the lifetime warranty on the work should any future issues which may arise. Great comfort knowing how they stand behind their work.
