Zero customer service- Apparently I was there at lunch break so no one was available to see me when I picked up my car. I was told the supervisor was on lunch break in the break room so I was handed my keys and told to have a good day.. They got paid over $4900 and I was a first time, and now last time, customer so I would have thought, even on lunch break, management would have wanted to talk to me.

Repairs took two days longer than originally told and I wasn’t notified that there was a delay. I am dissatisfied with the paint job and part of the bumper on the rear is not snapped into place correctly. $2000 for a subpar service is ridiculous.

The body work was fine . They left inside plastic of fender well in trunk. A piece of door trim off. Had to go back twice to get put on. Inside of car was extremely dusty from them sanding on car and not cleaning afterwards.
