Repair/Repaint of tailgate was unsatisfactory. Repaint was wrong tone and/or color. I was told color should darken with sunlight. I gave the shop the benefit of the doubt and told them I shall recheck repaint under sunlight conditions (day of pickup was 100% overcast). I was in a rush for a meeting and did not want to be late waiting for a cab. Prep and painting was not continued to the inside lip of tailgate either. I am returning car on 4 August 2023 for paint/repair correction.

My car had to be returned to the shop due to not being fixed correctly and parts flying off while driving home. Was told they would have my car for one week, it took two weeks. Very unsatisfied and will never use this body shop again.

Repair took two weeks instead of the one week we were told. Picked up my car and the front bumper had not been touched. Was told they didn’t know it was part of the damage. One phone call would have cleared that up. Drove home and on my way, the trim piece over my vender flew off and hit the passenger door causing more damage. The vender had not been removed and fixed we figured out once that piece of trim was off. I guess they didn’t think we’d notice they didn’t fix it correctly.
