I dropped my truck off on a Monday and was told it should be ready Friday. I drove a rental for 2 weeks and went by the shop 2 weeks after dropping it off and my truck was sitting inside the fence untouched. I could've drove my truck until the parts were in before wasting 2 weeks of rental money. I got my truck back 2 weeks after I was told it should be ready.

I requested a letter to submit to GA DMV for certification that I was unable to have emission testing on my vehicle when it was due (while at the body shop). Letter was insufficient. Requested amended letter, but never received it. Never got notification text that parts were finally received and repairs were actually started. Only got a text once it was completed (after 5 mos). Since I live over 3 hrs away, I had to scramble to take off work last minute, and get a ride to take me to pick up my vehicle. I called to advise the shop of when I would pick the vehicle up, and asked about paying my insurance deductible. I was never informed that there would be a charge for using a credit or debit card. Had I been informed, I would have brought my checkbook. Lastly, the interior of my vehicle was extremely dirty when I came to pick it up. They did clean my car when I asked about it, but I had to sit and wait 45 minutes for them to do that. I had over a 3-hour drive home, and this delay was unnecessary. It should have been cleaned entirely before I came to pick it up.

Only problem is if your gonna change 1 fog light then you should change both. My truck now has 1 shiny fog light and 1 dull 1 that is cracked

The bumper looks like it is brand new and was never repaired. Also you can’t tell that it was repainted because the paint color matches perfectly. I definitely recommend repairs to be made here. The communication was great all around and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work that was done!
