Absolutely 100% satisfied with repair of my wife's vehicle. Extremely professional all the way from front office secretary ( very polite, always returned calls and went out of her way in assisting me with claims adjuster) to gentlemen, I believe his name was Jarred, who performed quote. Even owner came out and spoke with me, very professional and polite. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone!!! Thanks again for all ur help.

Excellent staff. They are the BEST. I never worry about whether my vehicle is going to be completed properly. Highly recommend them. From the minute you walk in until the vehicle is finished you relate treated with the best customer experience anyone could ask for.

However, the lack of communication & having the car 3 full weeks vs 1 week was very disappointing . Reasons given (wrong parts shipped , taking weeks for parts replacement parts / work completion) longer than original parts even took to come in. Which in turn caused us not to have our 4 wheel drive vehicle for two separate winter weather storms .

Steering was not fixed and the fender flairs were not attached ( I looked it up and it was to be help on with doubelsuded tape). It now flaps in the wind. Also they did not even clean behind it so they do not pay attention to details

They did not follow through with what was to be done and the gentleman said for me to call the appraiser if I had a problem with them not fixing everything that was damaged that they told me they would fix or replace ( such as the chrome on the front bumper) they lady who is at the front desk is a Gem though, she is kind and caring.
