The only reason I would not rate a 10 is because I received a call from the car rental company stating that it was the last day the insurance would pay for my rental versus a call from the body shop telling me that my car was ready. It would have been nice to even inform me a day ahead so I could incorporate pick up into my plans for the next day. Other than that, everything was great.
