We made an arrangement for me to leave vehicle, get an estimate, and bring it back another time once parts were ordered and in the shop. I called at the end of day and found out the vehicle had been dismantled and could not be picked up, so I had to arrange for rental car sooner than anticipated. Thankfully, insurance covered rental car, so it worked out, but I think there was a communication breakdown between custom service guy and guys doing repair.

Jonathan, Chris and everyone at Collision Veterans did a great job on repairing my truck. I can't remember it ever looking so good. They even fixed two small dents I did not mention at no charge.
