They told me the car was ready on a specific day but it wasn’t. They told me it would be ready the following day. This did annoy me because I had to call off work early because the store closes pretty early and I knew I couldn’t make it on time.

Everyone was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door. I left something in the car and had to come back for it and it was waiting for me on the front desk. Very helpful with regards to getting a car rental and returning it. John helped me remove my phone info from the rental car which I very much appreciated. Was thrilled the car was finished sooner than the estimated date of completion. It looks brand new. Thank you so much!
