I was never called with updates or issues regarding the work. PDR was done without confirming with me on what panels could and couldn't get done then the price was changed without notice. There was obvious over spray on passenger fender liner, orange peel near window rails and some poor fitment issue on the rear. Touch up paint that didn't match was added to rear bumper very poorly, as well as all the chips in the hood which I didn't ask for and makes my car look worse than before. Car was detailed, but shop dust was found on exterior, interior doors and all over the felt liner to all four windows. I asked to have the front license plate mount removed before paint and not installed, yet that wasnt done. Again, zero updates and no follow ups.

I never heard from them after I dropped the car off, not even when parts were running late and pick up day changed. Not to mention the attitude from James the day I wanted to drop of for a estimate and was told I couldn't without agreeing to repairs. Jonathan was much more friendly and willing to accommodate.

My entire experience was full of empty promises. Over and over again you would tell me a date my truck would be ready on a specific date. And you would keep delaying it. I had to make the phone call to find out. No one updated me until I started getting upset. And even then you would make promises that you never full filled. You always said we are late because you want to make sure the truck in done right. And boy was it not done right at all. Everyday I find new things wrong with it. You take zero pride in your work and craftsmanship. You caused more damage to my truck than what was originally wrong with it. This is a $40,000 truck. Jonathan and James are both Liars. I wouldn’t trust a word they ever say. If I’m not taken care of I am considering posting this on Google and Yelp. I want a rental car for the duration it takes for my truck to be correctly repaired and back to pristine condition.
