Had better service. Didn’t check my car before I left and something wasn’t fixed. Disappointed as I took an extra hour out of my day to go back and forth. Also did not wear masks majority of the time. Would most likely go somewhere else next time.

The team of James, Jonathan and their crew were professional to talk too and exceeded my expectations. Moreover, they even helped me with my rental. It took 2 days and when I got my car back, it was spotless and they even went the extra mile by checking my tire pressure and the like.

Billing mistake - had given me someone else’s bill to sign - that I found our 10 min after picking up car and leaving. I called it to their attention and needed to return to fix the error. The correct bill and charge were then credited. I should have looked at what I first signed but had never had this problem before with them. It WAS rectified when I alerted them. I wonder if they would have caught it themselves? Likely when the other customer came...

Facility was told to not re apply a vinyl wrap to the affected area after an accident. New bumpers and fenders were ordered and clearcoat was not given time to cure and a new vinyl wrap was placed by a 3rd party. Vinyl wrap was extremely poor, had massive peeling sections and resulted in the clear cost peeling off on all the edges. 3rd party was aware that the wrap would not be effective and applied excessive amounts of an adhesive material to the pain to order to make his botched attempt work for him.
