I love collision works. They are so courteous and respectful. They never act like you’re bothering them. I would come back to them for work every time I need it….. fact that my car took way longer than this should have because of Tesla‘s not sending the parts on time. frustrated them …..but never me I was never upset and they were so concerned that I would be ….. I think you guys did a great job. Keep up the good work.

Team was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the communication along the way and they laid out expectations realistically. Appreciated their helpful answers to my questions. On top of that was not expecting my car to be washed and vacuumed, that was a nice surprise.

I was provided with excellent customer service from day one. They provided me with an estimate of the damages and how long it would take to make the repairs, and they were able to meet their timeline. I received constant text message updates as to the progress of the repairs, which were greatly appreciated. Lastly, I requested to have a final walk through of the vehicle and to get a breakdown of what was done by one of the shop workers and was given a thorough explanation of what they did to the car and the parts/sections that were impacted and replaced to get it back in working order. We were also told what to expect for the first few days, and how to go about adjusting it make it feel confortable to use once again. They even offered to balance and realign the car once I replace the tires. I will be taking them on it in the next few days.
