I would have given a higher rating if I didn’t have to come out of pocket for something that was over looked when they did my insurance inspection and only look at one side of the vehicle where it was hit instead of doing a full 360 degree service check. I only take my car to the dealership to have any work done to it and they do inspections every time I go and they were nothing cosmetically wrong with my vehicle other than me needing to get a tuneup soon.

At first I was receiving professional service but when I notified the mechanic that my vehicle was not making any knocking sounds from the front driver side of my vehicle and I don’t feel like I should have to pay for it to get fixed after I just paid my deductible. I was told that he was doing me a favor by them taking it to get fixed to lock in a price that was quoted for them I simply told the mechanic I still don’t believe because this was caused by the accident it’s not my fault that you overlook I did not accurately do your job.
