I was very satisfied with the actual outcome of the repair work done. The completion date was pushed back twice which left me in a somewhat bad spot for a vehicle, and the communication to inform and explain these changes was non-existent.

Found missing and lose bolts from the work they did nothing was zipped like it was supposed and then had scratches on my door that wasn't there when it got brought to them and never set up a date or tried to to get the paint fixed

From the day I entered with uncertainty, to the moment I drove my vehicle away, I was extremely pleased with the customer service, frequent communication and timely completion. Front desk coordinated car rental pick-up directly from the shop, great interpersonal skills from the staff and appreciated that my vehicle was competed on time as initially stated. Most importantly, my car was repaired to its original look and color (which I was concerned due to its unique gray) as if the incident never happened. Overall I personally had a good experience using Collision Works of Hammond. Thank you for taking the extra steps to ensure I felt valued.
