My rear bumper was hit by another vehicle and my friends at Supreme Toyota of Hammond referred me to Collision Works for repairs. A brand new bumper was installed by Collision Works and they failed to put a new trailer plug in the new bumper. When I hooked my trailer up to my truck the trailer lights half worked. Something in the old trailer plug must have been broken when the accident occurred. The cost for a new trailer plug is only about $30 and I feel Collision Works should have gotten a new plug and installed it with the new bumper.
