Not a real issue. The hatch is auto and when I first used it, after picking it up, i had to reset the door. Not a big issue took 5 minutes. It has happened before. Having a clean smelling vacuumed vehicle more than made it perfect.

My car looks brand new. I’m also super impressed with how fast the work was done. I was expecting about 2 weeks without my car and I had it back in a week. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in person were super friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your help with the repairs of my car.

Best body shop I’ve worked with. Blew the dealership body shop out of the water for communication and workmanship. Having the enterprise rental vehicles on site was fantastically convenient. My family will definitely be using Colonial for our future repair needs.

Working with Frank was excellent. The Body Shop personnel did a great job! My only complaint would be the substantial added expense of the recertification of the electronic safety system, which the body shop is required to do by the manufacturer.
