I picked up my vehicle on Monday around 4pm. On my way up to Ossipee NH around 9pm Monday evening I was pulled over by a State Trooper for having taillight out. Same taillight that was "fixed" by your shop. Care to explain? I am taking this up with Liberty Mutual as well.

I picked up the vehicle at 4pm, and at 9pm I was pulled over by a NH State Trooper for having tail light out. That was supposed to be fixed and wasn't. So when I fixed the lights myself the next day I also noticed that they did not install the plastic grommets that the tail light clicks into. So now it is semi-loose fitting.

My windshield was cracked during repair process.

Not very communicative. My windshield is now cracked and I have not heard back from the shop regarding getting it fixed. Windshield was not cracked when I dropped off my vehicle.
