They don't appear to have a proper clean environment with filtration for painting. There is a large number of specks and dirt embedded in the paint that was clear coated over. There is another spot on the passenger side of the hood where something must have touched the paint when it was wet because you can see the gray base layer. And instead of correcting the paint, they clear-coated over that as well. During the initial quote they told me they would replace the hood, but instead they repaired the existing hood. This is fine, but there was no communication that they were not replacing the hood.

I was initially told the repair would take 2 weeks. It ended up taking 6. There was no communication about the delay. I didn't receive any updates until I was able to speak with the owner. On 6 different occasions, I asked for an update, was told I would receive a call back, and never did. I was regularly told they didn't know anything and on one call, the guy said he didn't even know where my car was. There was no sense of urgency at all. Every time I called, they didn't seem to care about how long it was taking or care about the terrible experience.
