The paint and bodywork on the fenders is outstanding. Took away 1 point for all of the sanding dust left under the hood as well as chewing up a set of expensive lug nuts

I gave a 10 because the service you guys give is phenomenal. However, the paint job that I was quoted for in the back did not get done so I need to bring it back in. Sorry I haven’t called you guys sooner. I just got back into town and was just slammed with work. I’ll give you guys a call the next day or two and see if I can find a day that I can get a ride to get it to you guys. I live way out of town so I don’t even have Uber available to me so I have to have a friend take me to drop it off Things happen. I get it. I’m not upset about it at all. Thanks so much.

Brought the car multiple times only to be told you didn’t have the parts over and over. Tried calling the number on the email which was the wrong number. We took time out of our day and rearranged things to get my car over to only be told over and over you didn’t have the parts. I get once but multiple times is unacceptable.

Took car to multiple scheduled appointments to only be told over and over they didn’t have the parts yet to fix it. Never did they call prior letting us know that. We rearranged things to get my car over there on the dates they scheduled only to be told, we still don’t have the parts. I get things take time but they could have let us know the day before instead of letting us show up each time only to tell us they still couldn’t fix it. The phone number provided on the email wasn’t even right. I literally had to go over there after work just to talk to someone. Highly disappointed. Repairs were fine. It was leading up to getting the repairs that will lead me to not using ColorKraft again. Very bad communication.
