You guys and especially Jason were very communicative and answered any worries I had even though I felt like a nervous Nelly at times. You guys even manufactured a piece for my bumper. The car looks great and feels great. Definitely recommend you guys to anyone who asks me.

100!!!! it was the greatest Experience ESPECIALLY BC OF HOW ATTENTIVE EVERYONE WAS. I was always filled in, they always let me know what was going on. I never felt like I was in the dark. IT WAS HONESTLY incredible. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN THE AUTO WORK!!!!!! OR EVEN ANY MACHINE WORLD!

I reached out to Jason about repairing my S4 that had been backed in to. They were more than happy to make the entire process was done well and quickly. They corresponded with insurance, did an amazing job, and delivered quicker than expected amidst the holidays. Hopefully I won’t have another experience like this, but if I do, I’ll make sure to use colrkraft!!
