They did a great job. Staff was very professional and seemed to care about the customer. Friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend. However. The rental car people were another story. I made arrangements for a rental car with Enterprise. The person I talked with said he would pick me up at the body shop at 8:00 the morning of. When it arrived the body shop personnel informed me that Enterprise is notorious for telling customers they will pick them up at 8 when the business doesn’t even open until 8. The body shop personnel recommended I call to make sure of my appointment, so I did. The person I spoke with confirmed my appointment but it was noted to be 8:30 and for some reason was in my wife’s name. That person said I would be picked up at 8:30. I waited until 9:30 and no one showed. The shop personnel took me home and drove my truck back to the shop. I was later told no Enterprise rep ever showed for me. This is the second time I have had issues with this company and wish Nationwide would stop dealing with them. They are very unprofessional and could care less about their customers. I’ll never use or recommend them again.
