This was the first time in an accident and I did not know any reputable body shops. I was referred to Columbia Auto Body from a friend who had two of her cars fixed by them. I was new to this process and Paul explained it step by step. He kept me in the loop of what was going on and answered my texts in a timely manner. When I went to pick up my car I was beyond satisfied with the work that was done. Paul is very helpful and made what was a stressful situation for me into somethihg easy.
