It took them three days instead of 12 install the mirror because they painted the mirror red when it was supposed to be black. They took pictures of the truck, so they should have known what color to b Mirror.

This procedure took WEEKS. We needed just a mundane part. There was a supply chain delay. But then when they got it in, NO ONE NOTIFIED US. When the work finally was scheduled, we were without a car almost FOUR days. If we had been informed prior, we would have rented a car. But after 3 days we called and were told it was going to be ANOTHER day.

Picking up my vehicle was a horrible sight. 3 inches of dust all over vehicle, glass sitting in back seat, knick on car wasn't there when I took it. Checkengine soon light was on, after SUV wasn't to my satisfaction, Columbia cleaned up vehicle replaced part for check engine light, knick was fixed. Work I took it there for was satisfactory. Didn't appreciate trying to give Me my vehicle a total mess n I was a paying customer. As far as fixing the problem taken there for was good, over all the way it was when completed didn't appreciate at all. Next person I hope gets better treatment. I was told clean up crew didn't do there part. Overall good job on repairing damage,didn't like presentation of vehicle for pick up.
