I brought my car to Columbus Body Shop for repairs, and during both of my visits, I was assisted by Sam. He was very nice, respectful, and patient in answering all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. I also want to thank the other employees at the front counter. They were friendly and welcoming as well. Another nice touch is that they have good coffee available while you wait, and their lounge is a comfortable place to sit and relax. Overall, I had a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend Columbus Body Shop to anyone who needs help or repairs for their vehicle. Thank you for the great service!

I was 100% satisfied with the repair however my car came back to me full of ants. It's very getting ants out my car. It's dangerous driving and ants crawling on you
