⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was initially hoping to pick up my vehicle last Friday, but my boss did not allow me to leave early. Then, Combs Collision gave their employees a well-deserved 4-day weekend off for the holiday, and I couldn't fault them for that. Prioritizing their team's well-being shows a level of integrity that resonates in their quality of work and customer service.Again the only mild inconvenience was picking up my car on this Wednesday instead of last Friday. However, this does not take away from the high-quality service they provided. They even assured me that my vehicle was kept safe and secure during this time, which eased my mind.What sets Combs Collision apart is their genuine care for both their customers and their employees. I understand why your employees are so happy and never leave, way more than I can say about my employers.

I had the unique privilege to experience the excellent service and community spirit at Combs Collision, managed by Paul Combs. This came as a stark contrast to a recent ordeal I had with an out-of-state corporate repair shop recommended by my insurance company. I had previously got my vehicle repaired at this corporate shop, and a subsequent visit to Moo Moo Car Wash resulted in the removal of the side molding they had installed. Over the course of a month, I talked to three different individuals and the district manager of the repair shop to get the issue fixed. Despite these numerous discussions, the molding was not replaced, leaving me utterly frustrated. The whole situation was uncovered by my father during a Father's Day visit. His first question was, "Why didn't you take it to Paul?" He had known Paul for years and was confident about the quality of his work. Despite the insurance company's direction, my dad insisted I seek Paul's expertise. Out of respect for my father's wisdom, I decided to heed his advice. Upon reaching Combs Collision, I was greeted with Paul's familiar warmth and professionalism. Not only did he remember me from the days when I used to play with my Tonka truck, but he also held my father in high regard due to their long-standing friendship. In an act of exceptional service and genuine community spirit, Paul fixed the side molding issue on the same day, and to my surprise, didn't charge me a dime. He went" above and beyond "the standard definition of customer service, reflecting his dedication to his work and community.
