There was never any doubt that everyone at Combs understood the degree of anxiety a collision repair can create; everyone was friendly, sincere, and offered information and help at every step of the process. The text messaging is wonderful. I never felt out of touch. And their whimsically warm tone gave me a degree of comfort I did not expect. Wonderful. I do wish you would offer another service besides collision repair so I could interact with your team more often. Everyone at Combs appears to know that its real product is trust.
