I had the front bumper replaced at my expense. I specifically told the front office lady to replace it only if the car was fixable. I was told it was. My car is know total loss and I’m out $900.00 as State Farm will not refund me the $900.00.

Car looks Good BUT, when I received it, the whole inside of my car had a white powered dust! When u give it back to the customer, it should have been given back to the customer, the way they received it, if not better! My rims had water spots on them! So when they washed my car, they didn’t wipe my rims!! UGH The customer service sucked! When I called to see when my car would be ready, the girls would say, let me check on it n I’ll call u back! I never received a phone call back n that happened 3X! Also, I never received a phone call to let me know when my car was ready! Once again, I had to make the phone call! Communication in the front office is awful! I made a phone call to State Farm to let them know all this!

My vehicle was not ready as they said it was when they said. Really dirty from the inside and out when I arrived and thats how they were going to deliver it to me.some small cosmetic deffects in paint job and a screew missing in my fender wall
